WHO AM I?
I am a mirror and you are the healer of yourself. I can only remind you of the tools in which I have learned and have used along my path from my own life lessons. Because of this knowing, I will continuously remind you of your own inner power and we will unravel together through our stories and perceived limitations.
WHY I TOOK THE LEAP…
my jolt happened in 2013 when i experienced thyroid cancer. i knew that i needed to speak my truth and choose myself.
Within that same year I left a thirteen-year-long relationship and became a single mother.
MAKING MY WAY THROUGH LIMITING BELIEFS AND VICTIMHOOD OVER THE LAST DECADE.
I LEARNED TO TRUST MY INTUITION SO I COULD EXIT MY 9-5 AND TAKE A QUANTUM LEAP OF FAITH.
I realized that I had to open myself to new groups of people doing “the work” of healing past stories/traumas in order to unveil my authentic self. A journey that will continue over our entire lifetime no doubt.
There are times of solitude that pull at every wound buried deep within. And there are times when we align with other’s so that we find comfort in knowing that our humanness can be witnessed within its fullness.
We must remember how to allow our witnessing to occur. Lowering our shield of fear and allow our vulnerability, shame and past stories room to take up space.
This is the space I create for women. One in which I would have desired at a time when I was unclear of the next steps and I needed a mirror to shine a loving light on my blind-spots. And I still have mentors I go towards.
