  • " I’ve worked with Britt before - she is an incredible space holder and transformative guide. So when I saw this container I jumped in. There was a part of me - the part that needed the help unhinging that became afraid just before class started. I wasn’t consciously aware of this part until that moment. I’m so proud of myself for having the courage to join and letting that part feel everything it had to feel. First class I realized quite quickly I had subconsciously chosen to use this space to deepen my nervous system range and ability to hold sensation in my body. To pull up, witness and allow parts of me I’d exiled in childhood to fully express themselves. I’m sure not coincidentally considering it’s Britt - within 30 minutes of being in the first class my natal Chiron in Gemini in the 11th house was hit in such a way that my understanding of it went from conceptual to embodied in an instant. By the end of unhinged I’d sat with that part multiple times and even had a taste of the excitement I actually feel that’s been hidden underneath the wound that was unearthed. I had multiple experiences just as profound as the ones above while I was within this container. I know it’s only 3 weeks but damn a lot can unwind and turn on in 3 weeks.
